Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-force water for hard surfaces like concrete, while soft washing uses low pressure and specialized solutions for delicate surfaces like siding and roofs to prevent damage.

Will pressure washing damage my plants or landscaping?

We take great care to protect your property. We pre-wet all vegetation and use eco-friendly cleaning agents that are safe for your plants, pets, and family when used correctly.

How often should I have my home pressure washed?

Most experts recommend a professional exterior cleaning at least once a year to prevent the buildup of mold, algae, and dirt, though high-traffic or heavily shaded areas may need it more often.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No, you do not need to be present as long as we have access to a working water source and all windows and doors are securely closed. We provide notification when finished.
